Chez Frederic originally opened in 2002 on the iconic Cottesloe beach in Perth, Western Australia. It is now located here in Canberra, est 2014. Since then, Chez Frederic has been serving both quality interpretations of classic Italian dishes which melt into the Modern Australian way of cooking.
